01 // Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, testing, or using applications published by Worxmarter LLC ("Worxmarter", "we", "us"), including MatZero and Lotto Vortex, across Apple iOS, Google Android, or the World Wide Web (Progressive Web Apps), you agree to be bound by these unified Terms of Service.
Where applicable, you agree that your license and usage are also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) for iOS/iPadOS/watchOS products, and Google Play Developer Distribution and Terms of Service for Android distributions.
02 // Beta Testing & Pre-Release Software
Applications marked as "In Beta Testing", "Coming Soon", or distributed via Apple TestFlight or Google Play Beta are pre-release builds provided strictly for testing and feedback purposes.
"As Is" and "As Available" Beta Disclaimer
Beta releases may contain defects, incomplete features, or temporary sync interruptions. Pre-release software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Worxmarter LLC shall not be liable for any data loss, session interruptions, or defects arising during beta testing cycles.
03 // Athletic & Combat Sports Disclaimer (MatZero)
MatZero is strictly an analytical telemetry logger and organizational utility. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission grappling, martial arts, and combat athletics carry inherent risks of severe physical injury, musculoskeletal trauma, concussions, and permanent bodily harm.
Assumption of Physical Risk & No Medical Coaching
MatZero does not provide professional athletic coaching, technique safety certification, or medical supervision. It is not an alternative to qualified instruction under certified martial arts instructors or evaluation by licensed medical physicians. Users assume all responsibility, liability, and physical risk for their training, sparring rounds, and mat participation.
04 // Mindset & Entertainment Disclaimer (Lotto Vortex)
Lotto Vortex is an entertainment, personal mindfulness, and mindset alignment utility built upon Law of Attraction philosophies, positive intention framing, and harmonic sound visualization.
Zero Financial Advice & No Guaranteed Outcomes
Lotto Vortex does not provide financial advice, investment strategies, or lottery prediction services. The application does not alter mathematical probability or guarantee financial returns or lottery wins. Lotto Vortex does not operate or facilitate real-money gambling, lottery tickets, or sweepstakes. Intuitive number generation algorithms are intended strictly for focus and personal abundance rituals.
05 // Intellectual Property
All application codebases, proprietary workflows, UI layouts (including The Lithic Lattice design system), mathematical frequency audio assets, and brand materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Worxmarter LLC.
You receive a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal evaluation and use on compatible platforms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, duplicate, or extract proprietary software components from our products.
06 // Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts situated in Travis County, Austin, Texas.
